Welcome to the Daiichi Sankyo, Inc., Grants and Giving portal. This portal, led by the Medical Proficiency Acceleration Center and Office of Grants and Education, accepts applications for independent grants including independent medical education and patient education; scientific event sponsorships; and community/corporate event sponsorships.

All requests for funding must be fully submitted at least 60 days prior to the event or activity start date associated with the request. Applications for funding support are reviewed on a rolling basis.

We currently accept requests for the following funding types:

Independent Grants*: 

• Independent Medical Education: Grants to eligible educational organizations for accredited certified Continuing Medical Education (CME), and non-CME education. IME Grants also include Healthcare Improvement (HCI) or Quality Improvement (QI) initiatives which aim to foster the translation of scientific evidence into routine clinical practice to achieve optimal patient care.
• Patient Education: Grants to eligible educational organizations or patient advocacy groups for independent patient education.
• Scientific Advancement Grants: Scientific Advancement Grants to eligible organizations for scientific scholarships, fellowships or third-party investigator awards. 

* All grants and resulting work are independent of Daiichi Sankyo influence and benefit.

Sponsorships:

• Scientific Event Sponsorships or Community and Corporate Sponsorships: all sponsorships are provided with a tangible benefit to Daiichi Sankyo that may include, but are not be limited to, exhibits, or tickets for admission.

All Scientific Event Sponsorships must be centered around an event or activity with a scientific focus or agenda, whereas Community or Corporate Sponsorships are aligned to local walks/runs, galas, ceremonies, etc.
